Directions: This survey seeks your perceptions regarding various aspects of the educational experience provided by your child's Archdiocese of Philadelphia School (AOPS).
If you have more than one of your children attending an Archdiocese of Philadelphia school, please complete the survey for each school as your experiences at each may be different.
As we continually seek to make our schools the premier educational destination for our youth, we need to examine ourselves and look for areas both where we are successful and where we need to improve. Your feedback is critical to our self-reflection process and allows us to forward data to schools to assist in developing improvement plans which capitalize on the successes and address areas of concern.
Your responses to this survey are anonymous. To preserve the anonymity of your survey, you need to fill out the entire survey at once: you cannot stop and return to the survey later. The survey should take you no more than 10-15 minutes to complete.
